Modern dental clinic development consisting of 7 operating rooms with coordinated architectural, mechanical, and servicing design tailored for high-efficiency clinical operations.

Comprehensive luxury residential renovation and addition project comprising approximately 6,000 sq.ft. excluding garage and basement areas. The residence includes 8 bedrooms featuring dedicated master and guest suites, 12 bathrooms with 1 rough-in, dual 2-car garages, a private library, executive office, custom bar, and theater room. The project focused on transforming the home into a high-end custom residence with enhanced living, entertainment, and lifestyle spaces.
